Order Processing

All items in our store are made to order through trusted print-on-demand production partners.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

During peak seasons (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Shipping Times

After production, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location, postal delays, and customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Destination

  • Quantity

Because we work with multiple printing facilities, items in your order may ship separately at no additional cost to you.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order seems delayed or lost:

  2. We will check the shipment status and work with the carrier.

  3. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
We will send a free replacement as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Because all products are made to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins (usually within a few hours of purchase).
Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled or changed.
